Dove Run
Located on James Island, Dove Run has 70 townhouses, and is notably the only property we manage that is not "east of the Cooper" but no worries, it is just a short ride over our Arthur Ravenel Bridge and the James Island Connector.
Evian
Nestled among centuries-old live oaks, palmettos and the marshes of the Wando River, Evian is a gated community located in Mount Pleasant near the intersection of I-526 and Longpoint Road, within the Belle hall subdivision.
Fairmont Villas
Located in Mount Pleasant's historic Old Village area, it consists of 24 townhouses that are both owner-occupied and investment properties. They too are within walking distance of Moultrie Middle School, churches, restaurants, and some great shopping.
The Gates of Park West
Made up of 98 attractive duplexes, or 196 townhouses, this community is located in Park West. Amenities include a pool in the community, as well as the larger pool and tennis courts at the Park West clubhouse.
Hunters Run I & II
Located in Mount Pleasant within Wando East, which is off of Mathis Ferry Road, near the old Wando High School, Hunters Run consists of 59 townhomes. These units are both owner-occupied and investment properties.
Laurel Grove
Laurel Grove is a family-oriented community located in Ivy Hall in Mount Pleasant which consists of 76 homes. Phillips Park
Located off of Rifle Range Road, near the intersection of Rifle Range/McCants Drive and Ben Sawyer Boulevard, Phillips Park is a brand new community with three upscale condominiums and 17 lots for single homes. Several of the lots have homes that are occupied, and more are being built.
Raven's Run
Located north of the Isle of Palms connector in Mount Pleasant off of Rifle Range Road, Raven's Run is a beautiful, gated community. It consists of 93 lots with a lake system of 6 large lakes which surround an airstrip for the use of the community, and provide stunning vistas as well.
Tennyson Row of Park West
Located in Park West, this community is made up of 49 very attractive townhouses. Residents use the Park West pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse.
