Our Services

Everyone at Adams Properties takes management responsibilities very seriously. We attend all board meetings and annual meetings, we mail out meeting notices, maintain records of all community business and owner listings. We see to it that landscapers and other vendors perform the work for which they've been contracted. We prepare monthly financial reports, collect all fees, pay all the bills, and when necessary, we take legal action on behalf of the community in regards to unpaid fines and fees. We handle community mailings and create or edit newsletters when requested. We even coordinate socials and plan parties for our communities when asked.
